What is Nata de Coco?
Nata de Coco is a unique, naturally fermented food created from coconut water and milk using the culture of Acetobacter xylinum. During fermentation, millions of cellulose fibers bond together to form a soft, chewy, jelly-like substance rich in nutrients and hydration.
